Forerunner specializes in rapid prototyping extremely accurate parts from your design in a matter of days. We utilize many types of 3D printing technologies such as SLA, FDM, and SLS. Let us transform your CAD model into a solid plastic part for your next presentation, concept model, or functional test.
Utilizing a polyurethane casting process, we are able to offer short run production at a fraction of the cost of traditional production methods. Created with custom formulated polyurethane, our process can emulate thermoplastics such as acrylic, ABS, or polypropylene. When hundreds or thousands of parts are needed, consider our rapid casting process to receive your parts within days instead of months.
Investment Casting allows metal parts to be built quickly as part of our rapid prototyping process. The Quickcast process uses a specially-built hollow SLA part as a molding pattern for metal casting. A wide variety of materials are available, including Aluminum, Bronze, Brass, Stainless Steel, and custom Steel formulations.
Forerunner 3D Printing was started in 2016 after it was time for a rapid prototyping veteran to pass the torch to a younger generation of engineers. After 24 years of successful business, Select Mfg. was acquired and transitioned into Forerunner 3D. With the help of many industry experts, Forerunner continues to be a leader in rapid prototyping. By providing outstanding service and investing in new technology, Forerunner has plans to continue growth and be on the leading edge of additive manufacturing technologies.
